If the draw has been submitted with erroneous data and is still in a “Pending” status in the Capchase platform, you can reach out to your Funding Specialist (if this is your first draw), your Growth Advisor, or the Support team to request a draw cancellation or modification. Depending on the reason for the modification, Capchase may require additional documentation or information.
Once the draw has been approved by a member of our team and is being processed, or has already successfully settled in your bank account, you can no longer cancel or modify the draw.
