How does Capchase manage direct debit compliance requirements?

ACH: Capchase relies on the ACH network and complies with NACHA rules and regulations. You can read more about Nacha, ACH and direct debits here.

BACS: Customers agree to the BACS Direct Debit mandate set up during onboarding. Capchase will not begin debiting until the customer provides full direct debit authorization. Capchase relies on GoCardless and the BACS scheme for direct debits and complies with the Direct Debit Guarantee and BACS rules and regulations. SEPA: Customers agree to the SEPA Direct Debit mandate set up during onboarding. Capchase will not begin debiting until the customer provides full direct debit authorization. PADS (Pre-authorized debits):

Customers agree to the PAD Direct Debit mandate set up during onboarding. Capchase will not begin debiting until the customer provides full direct debit authorization.
