How can I remove users from my company’s account?

Capchase prioritizes customer security, and in order to avoid malicious behavior, it's not possible to remove user access directly from your account.

 

For this, please send a request to support@capchase.com with the user email to be removed. If there are more people with access to your account, don't forget to include at least one of them as a copy in your request.

 

You can view a list of all the active users on your account by clicking on "Settings" on the left menu, and then on "Team Members", where each user's name and email will be visible.

 

You should also contact Capchase Support immediately if you have any security concerns related to a user on your account.
