To set up or update your banking, accounting, or subscription data connections, log into the Capchase App and follow these steps:
- On the left menu, click on Settings, which will open the Data Connections tab
- Click on the “+Add new” button on the data connection you want to update
- Click on “Connect Now” and select your provider
- Follow the instructions to share and give permission to Capchase to access your data
If you’d like to remove an active connection because it might be expired or connected to an inactive account, you can click the 'Delete' button, confirm it, and start it over again by following the steps above.
Capchase uses your banking, accounting and subscription data to underwrite your business and evaluate your its performance over the course of the partnership. Every customer goes through bank account checks every 30 days and re-underwriting every 90 days. Keeping your data connections updated is essential to maintain and make the most of the Capchase partnership!
