Getting responses from customers’ reminders

You can easily stay on top of your customers’ replies using Capchase Collect.

You can redirect their answers to your preferred inbox by going to ‘Collect’ on the left-hand menu and clicking on ‘Email settings’. On ‘Reply to’ you can include or update the email you want to receive their answers.
